Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 5 pieces per logo. Apparel styles may be mixed (such as polos, jackets, and quarter-zips) as long as they use the same logo and decoration method.
Because hats require a separate production setup, they cannot be combined with apparel to meet the 5-piece minimum.
Our minimums help ensure consistent quality and efficient production for every order.
For Embroidered Patches - the minimum is 10 pieces.

Can I bring my own items for embroidery or printing?
Yes! We accept customer-provided items for embroidery and DTF printing, provided they are new and unworn.
Please note: We do not accept customer-supplied items for screen printing. All screen printing orders must be printed on apparel supplied by us.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Quality takes time. Our standard production time is 7–10 business days from final artwork approval and payment.
We carefully inspect every order to ensure it meets our standards for quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Need it faster? Rush production may be available depending on our schedule.
Do you offer same-day service for rush orders?
Yes! For embroidery orders, we offer same-day service (additional charges apply).

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Bulk discounts are available for orders of 12 items or more. Contact us for a customized quote.
Are there setup fees?
Setup fees apply for digitizing or vectorizing files, charged only for first-time orders.
Once your file is digitized, we’ll keep it on file for future use.
What file formats do you accept for logos and designs?
- For print and screen printing: We require vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf). If you don’t have them, we can convert other formats to vector for a fee.
- For embroidery: We need a DST or EMB file. If you don’t have one, send us a clear image (any format) and we’ll create the file for a fee.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes, we provide a proof before production as part of our 4-step easy ordering process. This ensures your design is exactly how you want it!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order directly from our location.
Can I have my order shipped?
Yes, we can ship your order anywhere within the U.S. and ensure it arrives securely and on time.
What if there is a problem with my order?
We believe every great brand deserves to be recognized. That's why we take every order through a detailed 4-step process designed to eliminate surprises and ensure your approval before production begins.
Once you approve your proof, we'll produce your order exactly as approved. In the rare event that your order contains a production error or does not closely match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days and we'll work quickly to make it right.
