Can I bring my own items for embroidery or printing?
Yes! You can bring your own items for embroidery or printing. Please note the following minimum prices for customer-supplied items:
- Embroidery: Minimum price of $20 per item.
- Print (1 or 2 locations): Minimum price of $16 for 1 location; $22 for 2 locations.
For Screen Printing: We do not accept customer-provided items. All items must be supplied by us for screen printing.
How long does it take to complete an order?
- For orders under 24 items: 5–7 business days.
- For orders over 24 items: 7–10 business days.
- Rush services are available if you need your order sooner (additional charges apply).
Do you offer same-day service for rush orders?
Yes! For embroidery orders, we offer same-day service (additional charges apply).

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Bulk discounts are available for orders of 24 items or more. Contact us for a customized quote.
Are there setup fees?
Setup fees apply for digitizing or vectorizing files, charged only for first-time orders.
Once your file is digitized, we’ll keep it on file for future use.
What file formats do you accept for logos and designs?
- For print and screen printing: We require vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf). If you don’t have them, we can convert other formats to vector for a fee.
- For embroidery: We need a DST or EMB file. If you don’t have one, send us a clear image (any format) and we’ll create the file for a fee.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes, we provide a proof before production as part of our 4-step easy ordering process. This ensures your design is exactly how you want it!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order directly from our location.
Can I have my order shipped?
Yes, we can ship your order anywhere within the U.S. and ensure it arrives securely and on time.
